In the case of Gmail, there is a way to quickly find the files that take up the most space. You must go to the search bar and type ‘size: 25MB’. With this action you will be able to see all the emails that weigh around 25 MB, that is, the maximum allowed per message in Gmail.
You can also type 'has: attachment larger: 10M' in the search box and replace the '10' with a larger number to identify larger files.
